The Art of War: Leadership & Sales Capability Masterclasses

“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity” – Sun Tzu

How to take your business – and team – to the next level, even in today’s economy

Are you an ambitious business owner, general manager, CEO, head of sales, or operations manager looking for growth? And by growth, we’re talking about a powerful combination of team performance, sales performance, and individual performance.

Just think… a more motivated team, working more coherently, with greater motivation, to achieve common goals. All while using clear processes that make it easy to attract, onboard and manage new recruits.

“I would definitely recommend Jason to the right type of business – they will significantly benefit from having someone like Jason work with their team. I’d recommend Jason because of his experience: there haven’t been many situations where I’ve asked Jason for advice on that he hasn’t been in before. That gives you confidence in what he’s providing, and that shines through in conversations with Jason.”

Aaron Sampson, Hot Spring Spas

So what exactly is the Art of War, and how can it help you?

The Art of War is a series of 3 leadership and sales capability masterclasses. Although it’s preferable to take the classes in order, each Level is a standalone course. So if you wish, you can start with Level 2 or Level 3, and take Level 1 later, for example.

Each level in the Art of War consists of:

  • 6 months of training.
  • 4 x 5-hour live online training sessions with Jason Dinan.
  • 12 group coaching calls with Jason Dinan.
  • 36 online modules that you can access anywhere, anytime.
  • Networking

This blended learning approach with a mix of live sessions, coaching calls, as well as online modules provides a deep and rich learning experience. It means that your organisation – and the individuals taking the training – get exactly what they need, and can have all their questions answered.

One of our customers says our online lead generation marketing is “revolutionary”: find out what we could do for you.

Networking opportunities with Art of War alumni

Because of the interactive elements of the Art of War masterclasses, there will be opportunities for you to get to know the other participants. Many of whom are likely to be decision makers, go-getters, and the kind of people you can learn from (and with), and create new networking contacts. We definitely encourage you to make the most of the connections you make during (and after) your 6-month Art of War masterclass.
“I’ve been on sales courses elsewhere that were generic and not relevant to us as a manufacturer. So I was worried we weren’t going to get value from Jason’s programme. I was also anxious that the sales team wouldn’t buy into it. Fortunately, the team responded positively and strongly to working with Jason. I think that’s because the things we were doing were practical and relevant. We’ve been working with Jason for a year, and it’s brought the team together and given us a focus and purpose.”

– Garth Hedley, National Sales Manager, Integrated Packaging

Who is Jason Dinan and why take a masterclass with him?

Jason has always been hard working and high achieving, but that was elevated to amazing new levels when he was hand picked by billionaire Marcus Evans. Marcus mentored Jason monthly for four years: an investment that repaid itself many times over, since Jason increased Marcus’ sales by $50m in that four-year period. One of Jason’s successes at Marcus Evans involved taking a division that had been running successfully for 11 years, and within four weeks of taking it over, had grown sales by 311%.

In fact, all the businesses that Jason has worked with directly over the past 29 years have outpaced and outgrown the market. Resulting in over $1.87 billion of additional sales revenue over the past few decades.

That’s what drives Jason: his clients outperforming their targets, with motivated and happy leaders and teams in place.
